If you graduated in 2023, 2024, 2025:
All requests for transcripts/medical records need to be signed by the student if the student is 18 years old or over. Otherwise, all requests need to be signed by the parents of the minor. There is a $3.00 charge for each transcript or medical record. The District requires a copy of your Driver's License or State ID with a request. It takes up to 5 working days to process all requests from the date the request is received. An express 24-hour service is available for an additional fee of $7.00.
Cash is required for amounts less than $10.00.
